To create an account on Flashscore, you must be 18 years of age or older. All information provided during registration — including your name, date of birth, mobile number, and email — must be accurate and genuine. Creating an account with false information is a violation of these terms, and Flashscore reserves the right to close such accounts at any time.

One account per person

Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same individual, bonuses and winnings across all those accounts may be forfeited. Flashscore automatically detects duplicate accounts.

• A valid mobile number must be provided at the time of registration
• Email verification is mandatory
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required for withdrawals above a certain amount
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility

Odds & Match Results

Flashscore updates odds in real time. In live betting, odds can change from moment to moment — the odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are final. Wins and losses are determined once the official result is announced.

• If a match is cancelled, the stake placed on that bet will be refunded
• Flashscore reserves the right to review outcomes if a match is suspended due to technical reasons
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a data feed error, Flashscore reserves the right to void it
• Flashscore accepts no liability for interruptions caused by power outages or loss of internet connectivity during a match

Esports Betting Special Rules

In the event of a server outage or player disqualification during an esports match, the official tournament organizer's decision is final. Flashscore will settle all related bets in accordance with that decision.

All bonuses and promotional offers at Flashscore come with specific terms and conditions. By claiming a bonus, you agree to those terms. If Flashscore determines that a bonus is being used solely to avoid wagering requirements, it reserves the right to cancel that bonus.

Welcome Bonus

A welcome bonus is available when you register and make your first deposit. It comes with a wagering requirement — typically 30 to 40 times the bonus amount. If the conditions are not met within the specified time, the bonus will expire.

Reload & Cashback Bonuses

• Reload bonuses are active on specific days or time periods
• Cashback is generally calculated based on your net weekly losses

Flashscore offers a referral bonus for inviting friends to the platform. Once your referred friend registers and completes their first deposit, you'll receive a bonus. However, self-referrals or claiming referral bonuses through multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.

Flashscore reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under any of the following circumstances:

• If you register using false information
• If you operate multiple accounts
• Misuse of the bonus system
• If fraudulent or unusual betting patterns are detected
• If you use a third-party payment method
• If you are found to be underage

If there is a valid balance (excluding bonuses) at the time an account is closed, it will be refunded. However, if fraud is established, no balance will be returned.
